Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. Online support can be arranged where appropriate, making it easier to connect from home or outside Ballarat.
Are services covered by Medicare?
Coverage depends on the service and provider. Please contact us if you need clarification about a particular service. Do not assume a rebate applies unless it has been confirmed.
Are you a replacement for my doctor or midwife?
No. Our education and support services are designed to complement your healthcare team. Medical or urgent concerns should be discussed with the appropriate registered health professional or emergency service.
Can my partner or support person attend?
For many education and preparation sessions, yes. Let us know who you'd like involved when you enquire.

Cocoon Perinatal is based in Ballarat, Victoria. Online appointments may also be available.
